Bug Hunters Pest Control

I have used them for spiders on the outside and inside of our house with tremendous success! I have also used them for pesky squirrels trying to ruin anything valuable. Their communication is excellent and I highly recommend them!

We’ve been using bug hunters for over 6 years. They used to be great, good communication and did a great job. I don’t know what happened to them in the past year but it’s went from great to terrible. Their windows to come are now all day and no communication at all. I work from home and just happened to be out for a minute and the past two times they have shown up unannounced, not even a text, and done nothing we’ve asked them to do but charged us full price. They used to have a great tech who let us know he was on the way etc, now we don’t even get a call they have spent 10 minutes walking around a 1/3 of the exterior of our house. My wife even left a message this time to make sure they know to just reach out so we can open the house and they never bothered to call us back. They’ve canceled on us twice the day after the service date too. She sent an email with these complaints since no one answers the phone anymore and nothing, they don’t care to have our business I suppose. Sad, they’ve lost three customers in my wife’s coffee group over the same issues.

Their team is friendly, professional and reliable. Definitely will have them come out regularly. Thank you Bug Hunters for all your hard work. We appreciate you.

Working with Bug Hunters has been an incredibly frustrating experience. I had to send multiple emails before finally receiving a reply, only for communication to stop altogether once I asked to book. I also left a voicemail and never received a call back. For a company that came so highly recommended, the lack of responsiveness and follow-through has been deeply disappointing.

Received general interior & exterior service. Thomas was very nice & professional and informative with safety regulations. We do appreciate having Thomas working with us.

I am so impressed! We had them come out for the first time yesterday because we were dealing with a lot of box elder bugs. 100 or more I’d say and they loved being in the sun. Today they are all dead and I don’t even see a single bug out when we usually would see so many. So so happy!!! Thank you so much!! Matt was also awesome and really kind! Highly recommend!!!

When buying our new house, there was an absolute INFESTATION of spiders throughout the house- to the point I flat out refused to move anything in until we had it sprayed. We have not seen a single spider inside from September until this spring (April) when I saw my first spider. I just scheduled our spring visit and I am excited to have Bug Hunters back out!
