I would like to express my concern regarding the recent service experience involving James. While I understand that misunderstandings can occur, I found his conduct to be unprofessional and discourteous. Additionally, my tenant described his demeanor as careless, which is concerning and reflects poorly on the service provided.
Regardless of his supervisory status, I believe all representatives should maintain a standard of professionalism and respect when dealing with clients and tenants. Unfortunately, that standard was not met in this instance.
