Buena Vista provided very good pricing on Malarkey Vista shingles. They started on the agreed upon day and worked through some rainy days when they could. They kept my roof covered and the structure dry. Great looking job!

I hired Buena Vista for a second opinion on the roof during a home inspection. At that time, they reported only that moss needed removal and estimated the roof had a 20-year lifespan. After purchasing the home, I hired them to perform the moss removal for $2,000. Only after the work was completed did they inform me the roof requires immediate replacement. The work was done despite their apparent knowledge of the roof’s condition, which was not disclosed beforehand. I would not recommend using this company for a home inspection, as it can end up costing you thousands.

I want to express my appreciation and thanks to Buena Vista Roofing for not only giving us a very reasonable price on a house and garage roof replacement, but they did a superbly professional job, were all very friendly, and they went above and beyond to take care of us when we were in a tough situation. Due to complications regarding medical issues with the owner of the house (my mother in-law), we had to get estimates on roofing and then get the job done all within the same week. That’s really asking for the impossible, or so I thought. I explained the situation to them like I did with many other companies that could not do this, but the difference is that Buena Vista Roofing came through. Within a few days our roof was done. They rushed to get here, but they did not rush their workmanship. The work done was top notch, and they left the area looking cleaner than it was before they even got here. I know this was not their standard procedure to so quickly jump into a project and make it the highest priority like they did, but that’s just my point. They understood our personal plight, and then did what was needed even though it was not in their bandwidth to do this much so soon. They didn’t have to go the extra mile for us, but they did. This is what good hearted people do. For me, that says a lot about a company right there. Needless to say, I highly recommend them and would not hesitate to make them my go-to company for any roofing needs. They are good people. Buena Vista did a great job replacing our roof. I had 4 different companies provide estimates for the job. Buena Vista's bid was competitive and they had a product I like. There were also no surprise cost at the end. The staff are friendly and very responsive. They just recently came out to conduct a free 1 year inspection and everything looked great. I don't write a lot of reviews but I wanted to make sure to recognize their great work. Highly recommend.

Buena Vista was probably the best contractor that I have used for a home improvement. They did what I wanted, they did a great job, they paid great attention to detail, they did it in good time, they were polite, they didn't try to sell me something different. The project manager Edgar was great! They kept on budget. They cleaned up and did not leave a mess. They were polite. Edgar kept me notified of timing and schedule. The roof looks great! I'm really happy with the new cool metal roof that I chose and they installed. I live in a potential wildfire area and a metal roof is much more fire resistant, so I feel safer. I can also already feel the house is cooler due to the heat reflective roof. Five stars!

BVRC did an excellent job on our roof. From the moment we requested an estimate, I was impressed by their professional demeanor and attitude. Our roof looks fantastic, and it was completed in less than a week, despite the unpredictable weather conditions. The workers who removed the old roof and installed the new were all courteous and friendly. They cleaned up after each day’s work, and while their final cleanup wasn’t perfect, it was quite close. Regarding pricing, we found them to be in the middle of the estimates we received. Yes, I would use them again.

We needed a roof replacement as our roof was 20 years old and the original roof when the house was built. I had 7 different companies scheduled to come bid. Buena Vista won our business by working with quality products (Malarkey Shingles) and being a pro installers them which lengthened the warranty, having one of the best prices, the best communication from the office staff, the best packet of information, and the best overall reviews of any company that came out. They weren’t the cheapest but very competitive and seemed to be a reputable company. I only had one complaint and that was that they scuffed my new gutters with their ladders while putting on our roof. I worked with Abigail at the front office, which was fantastic by the way, and she coordinated with the crew and send the foreman out with a color matched can of touch up paint and they promptly got the small scuffs touched up and all is well. They even left the entire can of touch up paint for us to have for later. The quality of work and knowledge of the foreman and communication was great. I would definitely use Buena Vista again and have already recommended them to neighbors and friends. Thanks for doing a stellar job and being so great to work with.
