Budget Towing and Recovery LLC

So, I got into a bit of a pickle... Ended up partly blocking the driveway of a business with my car high-centered with 1 wheel over a tall curb blocking to a ditch. I called the auto body place right next door. They couldn't help because their tow guy was off & they were about to close (at 12pm 🤔)... They suggested 2 of the larger tow companies in town, which might take an hour-4 hours in their experience. Meh. I called the next closest shop & they recommended calling Budget because they were generally fast and affordable. When I called I was blown away when the dispatcher said David could be there in 20 minutes! And THEN: he actually was! Really made this whole mess a lot less stressful. Even with the buckets of rain we've been having, he had me (and business's driveway) free within 10 minutes of arriving. No damage and he was extremely careful and cautious once he started pulling. Better than any experience I've had with AAA. Super grateful to have their phone number in my back pocket now 💛

The other day, I had a tire patched because of a nail, but the patch didn’t hold up, and just two hours later, my tire was completely flat. I tried to change it myself, but things went sideways—literally. The jack gave out after I pulled the tire off, and my car ended up flat on the axle. I was stuck and had no other choice but to call roadside assistance. That’s when Budget Towing and Recovery showed up. They got there quickly and knew exactly what to do. They lifted my car safely, fixed the issue, and had me back on the road in no time. I was really impressed with how professional and helpful they were during such a stressful situation. I’m genuinely grateful for their help and wouldn’t hesitate to call them again if I ever find myself in a jam. If you’re looking for reliable roadside assistance, I highly recommend Budget Towing and Recovery. They truly saved the day for me!

Was a great price and the truck showed up while I was still on the phone ordering it! Loved the service, she was knowledgeable and friendly and the office lady was too. Definitely go with these guys best in town.

David came out to help us with our blown tire and tow our van. We had a problem because the tire was blown on through the wheel and tire. I had gone to Les Schwab to see if I could purchase a new wheel and tire but it didn’t fit. That’s when I called AAA and they sent David out. He was willing to get his hands dirty and help us look for a spare tire. Unfortunately we weren’t able to get the tire down so he was able to install the wheel that I incorrectly purchased on the van just so he could tow it home. I am very pleased! Great job hiring David!

OMG, I have sing MANY, MANY PRAISES to Jeremy for “rescuing me” today!!! I had pretty much given up on AAA after multiple HORRIBLE experiences this year, and having to wait many hours; without a callback, a driver or assistance. Today, JEREMY called me within 10 MINUTES after contacting AAA, letting me know he’d be there in about 15min, and sure enough; just like he said, he was. Not only was he just the sweetest soul, but he actually was able to back my Expedition into my “single car garage”, which was quite IMPRESSIVE!!!!! I don’t know if he ever gets to see or hear these reviews, so I made sure I gave him a BIG HUG, and told him I was going to make sure I put my AWESOME EXPERIENCE with him today, out there for others to see. Budget towing was exceptionally fast , extremely professional when my jeep decided to quit in 4:30 in major traffic! Within minutes they arrived and towed me to safety. I could not get out of my jeep for fear of getting hit. Budget towing is THE company to use. I highly recommend budget towing! Thank you!

Jeremy saved our day office lady was also very nice she got us full coverage through our insurance for a tow that was 2.5 hours. That originally was only going to cover 15 miles. When my car just decided to not turn on again at a rest area! He was quick and efficient when it came to business and even gave us a ride to the dealership since we were stranded! He was our guardian angel today! Thanks again Jeremy!!

Highly recommend! David from BTR provided a outstanding level of customer service in a tricky situation with our EV. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle, careful, and communicated well with us from booking to trouble-shooting through drop off at the shop. Earlier in the day, we had turned away another unprepared towing company with horrible service, so it's good to know David is out there next time we have a vehicle problem.

Pleasant to work with and good communication. I did not end up needing their services, but I would definitely use this tow company in the future based off my experience with them over the phone. They are professional, prompt, and courteous.

Jeremy was very quick and helpful with getting into my van after my friend lost my keys and we were locked out of it in a remote location. He easily found us within less than hour after the tow was scheduled. He then got me and the van back to a location where I could get a new key made. I would use budget towing again for any towing needs in the gorge, Vancouver, and Portland area.
