This was our second time having Shen take our family photos in London. Last time was in 2017 at my kids’ first visit. Both experiences were amazing, more than 5 ⭐️! This time in particular we are a group of 10 with extended families and was on very short notice that we are grateful for Shen being extremely responsive and able to accommodate. Despite we are a big group with elderly and teenagers, Shen was very professional in gathering us efficiently in different combinations.
