“The completed basement looks great.” I recently had Budget Home Renovation develop our Secondary Suite basements in Skyview. Their framer did an amazing job and set up a great structure, and they brought many new ideas to our attention to make the best use of the space for what we wanted. The people were great to work with and the selection process for materials was easy. Everything came in on budget. The project took longer than planned, but other than that I was perfectly happy with everything. All the trades’ people we met were friendly and polite. Thank you very much. This is a hard working team showing up every day 08:30-5:30 Mon-Fri without fail until the job was done, they are very professional and there was always excellent communication between Kumar and ourselves. We contracted with Budget Home Renovation for a renovation to our kitchen and much of the main floor. We were provided with many different options of layouts before we decided on a plan. The entire Budget Home Renovation team were professional and did high quality work. Kumar was great to work with, communication was easy, and Kumar kept us aware of the whole scheduling process. The work was completed exactly within the proposed timeline and within budget. We are very pleased with our new kitchen and main floor renovation.

We hired Budget Home Renovation to repair our basement that got damaged by hail storm flood and to refurbish a bathroom that had leakage. This company was extremely professional and competent throughout their work. We worked with them over the course of 5 months and during that time, the owner never stopped ensuring we were satisfied with the service and quality of work. Everything was spot-on and done to perfection. Any changes we asked for were accommodated right away. The company was so good that we also hired them to do other jobs around the house and outside (some concrete work). Very good pricing for the quality of work received. I would never hesitate to re-hire this company again as they know what they're doing, ensure customer satisfaction and do the best job out there. They even went in and repaired damage to our newly built basement bathroom that wasn't done right the first time by another company. Highly recommend.
