Our rep, Mark, was kind, informative, and clearly experienced—he offered helpful suggestions that made choosing the right options easy. From placing the order to installation, everything moved quickly, and we were kept informed every step of the way. The blinds look amazing, and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Highly recommend to anyone looking to upgrade their window treatments!
