I worked exclusively with Bob at Budget Blinds to replace blinds on my sliding door and a large row of windows. Excellent and fast communication setting up an appointment and he was on time! (Huge bonus in my book.) I spent my time looking through options and didn’t feel rushed or pressured to purchase. Bob is friendly and knowledgeable about the product he sells. Not only is he the salesman, but he also installed the product! This means he knew what would work as far installing the actual pieces I wanted to purchase. What a breath of fresh air to have one person handle the entire transaction! Our custom blinds came in earlier than expected. Bob immediately called me and installed the next day. He wrestled with getting our valance back up, which in my opinion he didn’t even need to do, but he stayed until the entire job was complete and everything was back in place. I highly recommend this company!

Bob was amazing throughout the ordering process to installation. He heard what I was trying to express my vision was, we discussed and determined what would be best. Installation was quick and not a scrap left behind. Only remnants left were beautiful plantation shutters and roller shades.
