Gary is very professional. His communication skills were exceptional. He told me what he needed to do, gave me a time frame on when and then communicated when he was in route. He fixed my problem quickly and left. Those communication skills enable me to not have to wait all day for a technician to arrive. I knew when and he came when he said he would.

Gary did a great job, kept me up to date on his arrival time. He arrived with correct part to fix Dryer. Installed the part after diagnosing the problem, Front loading dryers are more difficult but he knew exactly what he was doing. No issues to report on repair.
