Amazing service and care from the two team members there, the woman with blonde hair and the french woman. They were very knowledgeable, and helpful as I have an ongoing foot injury, so i got the best shoes to support my recovery.

Elizabeth was absolutely amazing. She helped me fide the perfect fit spent about 30 mins with me and after about 20 pairs we found the perfect pair. She deserves to he recognise. Thank you ❣️

I bought a pair of shoes for work and Georgia was fantastic- she was having some issues with the computer system and went over and above to get me the receipt printed. She was so friendly and professional- an asset to the store.

The customer service at the whitfords store was disappointing. Not only did the girl working there opened the store late, she never once greeted me upon entering the store or asked if I needed help. I had to ask for help and sizes and that felt like I was being a hindrance doing so. Then once I finally made the purchase there was no smile or even a Thankyou. I work in customer service and this was really poor in my opinion. On a more positive note- they had a great selection of birks and I love my new purchase.

Excellent staff that ensure proper sizing for a better experience

First off I hate buying shoes as I’m a size 41 and it’s something I try to avoid at all cost. But due to stand long periods at a time I needed some comfy shoes. I was greeted by a friendly sales assistant. This poor lady could tell this wasn’t an easy thing for me to do, she pointed me to the right direction. With several styles and choices we narrowed it down to 3 pairs. At the end I purchased 2 fantastic shoes and definitely looking forward to seeing the great team again when I purchased my next pair shoes. I would highly recommend this store to anyone who’s insecure about your feet like myself. Honestly for the first time I didn’t feel judged or ridiculed at. Thank you for making this wonderful experience for me for purchasing amazing and comfortable footwear😀

Great customer service! Was kindly greeted by all staff members on entry into the store. Katie did a fantastic job in helping me pick the correct shoe, helping with sizing and style of shoe which best fit me. Happy customer will be returning for my next pair! :)

Service is fantastic ! Bstore offers a variety of footwear for problem feet and those needing comfortable footwear. They offer brands eg Birkenstock, Fitflops, Emu Australia, Blundstone, Frankie4, Ara, Archie's, Arcopedico. There is an online app as well.

My first time in the store, I was pleased with the service and product knowledge of Sarah! I am very happy with the shoes I selected and the extra effort Sarah went to in locating a different pair in my size at another location. Sarah is such an asset to your business and I will look for her to assist with my next purchase!
