I have had several wonderful experiences over the past year and a half at the Porter’s neck location. I had 3 implants completed and year and a half ago and am currently n the process of getting 2 more done. Dr. Holmes is amazing and will make sure you are comfortable leaving during the entire process. Dr. Tawfik performed my last surgery to place 2 implants and he was wonderful. Stephanie, who is now the manager was always attentive and took amazing care of me thru the entire process. Saving the best for last mention is Ryann!!!! Attentive, caring, personable, and COMMITTED to making sure your experience is painless and perfect! Before, during, and after Ryann has shown me care, professionalism, and compassion! I have never experienced the level of care I received from this young lady during both of my experiences. She was there beside of me thru every surgery and procedure I had there and made me feel completely at ease while enduring a very stressful situation. Thank you all for an amazing experience. And Ryann, if you see this, thank you for caring about me! I am so grateful to you for every message checking on me and for every moment you spent from getting my authorization and making me feel so very welcome and special. Bryce.

Coastal pines is extremely kind, efficient, and they have the best employees. My dentist was very nice and was able to speak to him in Spanish and English. Looking forward to my next visit!

It's difficult to come up with words to compliment so soon after I had a deep cleaning and 2 cavities filled. But their cleanliness, kindness and professionalism is second to none. Thank you for the care you all gave me. -David

In 2024 I had a dental biopsy done. They submitted a claim to my insurance using dental codes. Insurance denied claim because it is a MEDICAL procedure. 15 months later I get a collection letter. I explained to Riccobene that the claim was medical and needed to be submitted as such. Their response was they are a DENTAL office and were not able to submit a MEDICAL claim even though a biopsy is a MEDICAL procedure. The outcome is they said they would send me the info to be passed on to insurance because they are NOT ABLE TO DO SO. Seems pretty lame and inept to me and that they can"t easily do the right thing and need me to do their billing.

I had 4 teeth that needed to come out. In the waiting room my anxiety was building quick. Once I got into the room, Dr Tawfik and his assistant Ryan were very good at calming me down. He had all 4 teeth out in less than an hour. The second day after the procedure I still don't need any pain med. Both were very kind and compassionate. For being a baby about going to the dentist, they really helped me through it.

I am immensely grateful for the high level of care provided by Dr. Temple and his team. Their expertise, coupled with their genuinely caring approach, made all the difference. Who knew getting an implant could be such a seamless experience? I highly recommend Dr. Temple for anyone in need of oral surgery - his practice is truly a cut above the rest.

Roshell was my hygienist today and did a wonderful job. She was through and was able to floss with no problems even with my connected crown. 👏👏. I would recommend Roswell to anyone. Good job Roswell!!

The staff are so friendly and compassionate. Dr. Roberts always calms my nerves before procedures and does the best job of letting me know each step. Robi is my hygienist and not only does an incredible job but has a great personality as well. It’s nice to feel safe and cared for each time I go.

My daughter just got her first set of braces. It was an amazing experience! Dr Papio is awesome! She and her assistant, Lynn, made it such an easy and painless process, my daughter was in and out of the chair in less than 90 minutes and was super happy with the outcome! Thank you all so much!
