1000$ order and I come to pick up and they give me the wrong mortar, type m when I ordered type s. All 4 bags incorrect, order slip shows I ordered type s. Mortar was placed in sack with the sand so I didn’t check it when picking up.I call them up and they say they can’t deliver and swap out for the correct stuff and also will not refund any money on the credit card over the phone. Decent prices but bad service. Would not recommend.

hands down, best customer service! Michael Bruder and his staff are the most helpful, knowledgeable and considerate people I’ve had the pleasure of doing business with. As a masonry contractor I choose to send all of my customers there to see the products offered in their showroom and try to give Bruder all my business because they deserve it for their dedication to the the people they do business with.

Insane selection compared to any big box store. Plus many types and colors of mortar / cement. Did I mention any kind of brick, block, or stone you like imagine? Oh, and great prices! Don't have to be a contractor to shop. So glad I found this place!

The sign that they have up on their front doors is obviously worded in a way to suggest that anyone who decides to wear a mask must be unvaccinated. Very ignorant take on the current state of things and not very welcoming to people who would still like to wear a mask for their OWN reasons. In all this time, this is the first place I've come across that seemingly has such closed-minded signage/POV. Not to mention I felt that I was being rushed out the store from the point that I entered. I appreciated that I was helped quickly but as time went on it started to seem more like the guy just wanted me gone. He eventually gave me a brochure and stood around until I decided to leave. If it were an issue of the time and they were closing soon, he could have just gave a reminder and let me figure things out from there after he gave me the necessary information. I had also asked about seeing the brick yard and he told me that it was messy as if he knew that would be a factor in my wanting to see it or not. He did however give me a business card and told me pricing but I would have liked to have just comfortably walked around at my own pace and not felt restricted from certain areas or limited on how long I could browse. I had also took a minute and sat in my car for a bit after leaving because I had to set up the GPS and I saw the guy escorting another customer to the brick yard.... So yeh the signage pretty much set the tone for me before I even got inside and all things that followed. It made all of this seem like I was being treated like I was diseased and might scare away customers. There are many people still walking around in grocery stores and other businesses with their masks on. I doubt you'll lose business if a masked person enters your establishment. You wont have to worry about me again and I'll make sure to let other mask wearers know not to bother with your business either.

When we walked in we thought we made a wrong turn and ended up at Grafton Prison, the counter has bullet proof glass. We were looking to buy some hand tools, which anyone who does masonry work knows need to be examined for personal preference....but they are also on lock down behind glass. When we made our purchase and went to retrieve our materials we sat there for 20 minutes waiting to be taken care of as several employees drove by on tow motors and walked by. Finally upon seeing I wasn't going to be waited on I snapped walked into their break room and finally got waited on a half hour later.....NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!WHAT A JOKE!!!

I have been a mason contractor for 26 years and I must say this place has quite the selection. However it is extremely hard to communicate as they are all hidden behind glass. I must also say, that in the few times I have been in there, we are always made to feel that we are bothering somebody. This is true of the office staff all the way down to the yard help that wont even acknowlede your presence. I have never seen worse customer service!

This is a fine business to deal with......today, i had a need for a small amount of blocks for a project.......Mr. Bruder gave my small purchase all the consideration i would expect from a very large project purchase....the men who loaded...and then unloaded when i saw something else i wanted instead....were helpful, courteous, and very pleasant..........i wish this type of customer service occurred in some of the other businesses i deal with.....you won't go wrong doing business here !!

I needed over 100 bricks to match the bricks on my old house. I couldn't find them anywhere.....and lucky for me...Bruder had them, and at a great price. They loaded my SUV and gave me great service !
