BRR Roofing Roof Repairs Bury

James and his team have done a fantastic job with our roof. We have even had compliments from our neighbours on how neat a job it looks ☺️ James gave us a reasonable quote and starting date. There was a major beam issue as well as rottom facias so the team fixed them all up. Nice tiles to choose from. Polite team too, and James was good at keeping us informed about what was happening. Overall a good experience, cheers lads!

We had a leak after a storm that kept getting worse. James and his team got it sorted within a week, even though it was just before Christmas and other roofers weren’t getting back to us. We needed it fixed quickly as we’d sold the house, and James was great — patient, clear, and the team turned up exactly when he said they would. Would definitely recommend.

I asked Tom and his team to replace two broken roof tiles and repair a gap in my gutter. I was also concerned about the edges of the tiles overhanging in a bit of a higgletypigglety way. Tom suggested they cap them with uPVC edging tiles and I was happy with the reasonable quote. They did a great job and it looks so much neater and secure. They replaced my two broken tiles, fixed the gutter front and back and cleaned them at no extra cost. They also pointed out the ridge tiles needed repointing, and as they're the original from when the house was built in the 60s and we're so exposed, I knew they'd need doing. Again a reasonable price. I couldn't be happier with Tom and his team.

Very professional. James took photos and explained exactly what was wrong and what was needed. Smooth organising. Plus men arrived when arranged. Because there were several the job was done swiftly and efficiently and more photos at the end. We are extremely satisfied and would recommend them.

BRR roofing were great. James was prompt in coming to provide a quote, he explained what was required. The job was done in a very timely manner , the team who came to do the repair were a lovely gang who were happy to chat , explain and show what and why they were doing things. I can’t fault them, I felt that I trusted them from start to finish and would happily use the again or recommend them.

Really good service from the moment I met James to get the initial quote to completion. (Roof ridge tile repointing work). Everything was explained clearly and relevant quotes / invoices sent over as promised and in a timely manner. James was happy to answer any questions and queries I had. Lads on site did a good job and were friendly and polite. They tidied up after themselves and just got on with the job. We are happy with the work and the service.

The roof repair (complete relaying of Yorkshire stone roof) was conducted in a very efficient manner and the repair team were knowledgeable. They also carried out some extra roof repairs (necessitated by a previous company's shoddy work) free of charge as a goodwill gesture. Would highly recommend.

Don't use BRR!! They left debris all over my property and caused damage. James chats nonsense and insults your intelligence. They are too money orientated and don't care about customer experience . James over ordered approx £600 of tiles and batons which he took a refund for. Most of all ..... They are lazy and work shy...... I was very lucky that I had the all Asian crew...... I've been told that's not their usual crew

Would highly recommend. James & the team were great and excellent job (new roofing all round and whole property repointed) Very clean and accommodated my work schedule & the limited access to the back. Happy Customer 😀
