While I originally thought this was a new and honest mechanic shop I found, I realized within about 3-4 weeks the problem was still there. Car won’t stop overheating though I was told it was fixed. I immediately left to out of town for about 2 months after picking up my car and thought everything was fine, but my sister was driving it and it kept doing the same thing. For basic needs like an oil or brake change I recommend but for anything else no. *edit* I never let my car overheat long like you’re claiming, the week it started is when I took it to you all. While you did mention driving while it overheating can cause other problems, that doesn’t matter in this situation because like I said I took it to you all within a week of it starting. As a business owner you should want/try to rectify the problem instead of saying it’s my fault or that I have the wrong company and that I went to place in Sunrise. There’s no reason within weeks of you all fixing the car that it should still be overheating. I couldn’t reach out sooner because I was out of the country but the so call “fix” should have lasted until I returned which it did not. I came to you on July 9th to pick up my car and on July 17th so only 8 days later did my sister send me a picture showing it was overheating and the car has been parked since then. Im sorry but you seriously have to do better and especially with your customer service. Very disappointed with this entire ordeal and was hoping for a better outcome. *edit*

Arian was amazing! His customer service stood out from the moment I walked in. He got me in and out quickly, explained everything clearly, and even worked with me to find the most reasonable price. Towed my car in as it would not start, they diagnosed the ECU was bad and they installed a new one from the dealer. After installing the ECU I was told it would be $800 just to program it. After paying just over $2000 for a new ECU and programming I was told the car was ready. When I went to go pick up the car it had a severe coolant leak and the ABS and traction control lights were flashing. I took the car back immediately and told them it didn't have those issues before and they said they would look into it. They did fix the coolant issues no charge, but I was told they could not program the ECU all the way and I had to take it to the Ford dealership to get it programmed properly. When I go to pick up the car the second time my seat and floor were stained with something blue, I asked about it and they just told me "Oh it must've been the programming guy, he looked a little dirty." I also had to point out to the mechanic that my car was missing various clips and bolts holding fuel lines, plastic covers, and guards. I was charged $800 to program my ECU and I still had to take it to the dealer and pay again to have it programmed. I should've just taken it to the dealer in the first place. The car was in their shop for over a month and I had to call various times for updates as days would go by without a single update. They had the new ECU in within the first week, the other 3 weeks were just back and forth phone calls

Anyone who said anything other than good about this place is Straight lying! This is the best mechanic shop I have ever been too!! Arian is very honest very knowledgeable and very caring about his customers. I was quoted at multiple shops different estimates for my rack and pinon and Arian explained that is was only a line hose that needed to be replaced and saved me hundreds!!!! Only come here for anything that involves your car thank you Arian and thank you Broward auto repair!!!!

Seeing the bad reviews on here just supports my frustration with Arian. When I brought my vehicle to you, I informed you I’m having issues with my transmission temp rising on my dashboard along with my ac evaporator needing to be replaced. I told you my transmission is more important when I called you Wednesday when I reached out, when my car wasn’t even being worked on up until then even though I dropped it off Monday. Regardless of you needing to wait for the part to arrive from Washington. You had two days to do a proper diagnostic on my transmission and the components that keep it cool, and your men still hadn’t even checked my transmission when you called me Saturday 4:45pm telling me to pick up my truck because my ac is ready. The first time I step away from my regular mechanic of three years and go to you was just beyond disappointing. I just took my truck to my regular mechanic this morning and he just informed me that although my transmission is fine, my transmission cooler is not in good condition. How could you not know that as a mechanic especially when saying you’re going to run some diagnostics and only to tell me it’s an electrical problem. My regular mechanic didn’t even have to pop the hood yet to understand that the signs and pictures I showed of my rising transmission temperature that I explained to him just supported that and is working on fixing the problem now. Arian I pray I never have to step foot back into your mechanic shop unless it’s Ac related since my part has a one year warranty. I’m so disappointed in putting my trust in someone only to be let down, it doesn’t matter how busy you get or how many cars a day you see, you did not take the time to look at this issue enough and only focused on fixing my ac. Your demand is too high for your supply and it’s only because of your affordability but moving forward I rather pay for proper quality and comfort over any kind of cheaper price. My regular mechanic said thank god I brought it to him before it got worst. A transmission cooler prevents your vehicle's transmission fluid from overheating by dissipating heat from the fluid as it passes through the cooler Arian. I told you I didn’t care about the ac, and that this is more important. I won’t be returning I have very few regrets in life but your shop is one of them.

Arian and the new shop foreman is great. I had some issues and they corrected it instantly. Had to leave my car overnight but once I got it back it was fixed correctly. Will be back to let you put my motor mounts on my scion xb.

Found on Facebook and researched through Google. Had my Audi brakes replaced and found Arien and his staff to be quick, professional and honest In their estimate and repair. Thanks for the great service

Such a friendly team. They quoted me $200 less than other mechanics for the same Brake/Rotor replacement work. Very efficient and knowledgeable. Will be recommending them to my friends/family. Definitely will be back for any car issues I have in the future.

Arian was amazing and professional through out the whole process . I came to get my oil changed and he made it easy and stress free. It’s important to go with genuine people to take care of you and your car . I Definitely recommend him he was friendly from the moment I pulled in . Will be coming back

Went up there this morning on labor day, 1 of the best decisions I made. Arian was very knowledgeable had a great personality and we hit it off great. Everyone was very professional let me know what needed to be done and how much it was gonna cost to do everything. i had them to do work on my genesis. I had all my breaks done along with servicing my rotors and I bought my own tires which they put on for me for a reasonable fee also. definitely would recommend!! PRICES are what they say, no gymic. Thank you again!
