On a recent job, Momma Raccoon successfully used our one-way door and began moving her kits to their new home. When we returned for our 24-hour follow-up, we noticed a couple of little ones were still waiting for their ride.
Momma hadn’t forgotten them! She was just busy “house hunting” and prepping the new nursery. To keep the kits strong while she finished the heavy lifting, we stepped in with some pedialyte and kitten milk to ensure they stayed hydrated and healthy for the hand-off.
This is exactly why our 24-48 hour follow-ups are so vital. We’re happy to help out with the “babysitting” to ensure every single family member makes it to the next chapter safely. 🏠🐾
