Stucco looks great on new builds, but it’s often a "welcome mat" for local wildlife. We were out in Binbrook today tackling a bird intrusion where builders left a wide-open gap between the stucco and the dormer, giving birds full access to the soffits and attic space. 🕊️🏠
Because we’re not interested in a game of "cat and mouse" inside a dark attic, we took the professional route:
• Custom-Fabricated One-Way Exit: We built a specialized door so the birds could exit safely and humanely on their own terms.
• Precision Aluminum Flashing: To avoid future intrusions, we custom-fit and color-matched aluminum flashing to seal the gap for good.
