Insulated & Heated Baby Reunion Shelters.
When we remove a mother raccoon or squirrel from an attic, the goal is always a successful family reunion. However,
Ontario weather isn't always cooperative. To give these little ones the best chance, we’ve fabricated new shelters that are:
• Fully Insulated: Keeps the internal temperature stable regardless of the wind chill.
• 100% Waterproof: Ensuring babies stay dry and out of the elements while waiting for mom.
• Heated: Provides essential warmth to prevent hypothermia during those chilly spring nights.
Why this matters: By placing babies in these specialized shelters near the exit point, we give the mother a safe, warm place to retrieve her young and move them to one of her secondary den sites. It’s a safer, more professional way to handle wildlife families.
