Hearing scratching or chirping coming from the fireplace? We just wrapped up a job where a mother raccoon decided a chimney was the perfect spot to start a family.

• Babies First: We carefully removed the kits and placed them in a heated, weather-proof reunion box. This allows Mom to safely move her little ones to a secondary den nearby.
• The "No Vacancy" Sign: Once the family was out, we installed a heavy-duty, professional chimney cap. It’s the only way to ensure the next intruder doesn't make themselves at home.
• Clean & Clear: We finished with a full decontamination of the area so the chimney is safe, clean, and ready for use.
