I have to say, I don't have to call a plumber that often, but the hot water heater needed flushing, and I wasn't sure what to do, so I checked around and Brothers was the best price and had the soonest ability to take care of our need. Josh arrived on time and ready to go. He has a great attitude, very easy to talk to, respectful, quick and efficient. I enjoyed talking with Josh and he had no issues with me watching and asking questions. In fact, he seemed to enjoy explaining to me what he was doing. I know who I'll call next time I need a plumber. They have my business for sure. I highly recommend them for any plumbing needs you may have.

I will never use another plumbing service. Our tech - Matt - was the most easy human being to work with. We needed faucets replaced, a shower faucet cartridge replaced, and ended up having hoses for our water heater replaced. He explained everything exceptionally well, maintained all professionalism while remaining practical and realistic as a homeowner. He didn’t try to be pushy or upsell me on things that weren’t immediately necessary. He was so kind and considerate, he even brought our trash cans back up off the curb!? Who does that??! Overall wildly impressed and relieved that I will have a go to service to call for our next inevitable plumbing problem as homeowners. Exceptionally grateful for Matt and his expertise and thoughtfulness.

We had so many leaks in our sewer line and had to replace all of it even to the street where the city had to come out and do their part to fix major leak. Josh Israel and Jason did an amazing job inside and out in two days before the ice and snow were to hit on Friday and kept to their word they would have our house up and running before then. Josh was very detailed in wat was being done and they were friendly and very professional and on time each day to get things done. We are very very happy with all the work and hw they went above and beyond in customer service!! We highly recommend them to anyone who needs service!!

Brothers Plumbing has a whole new way of doing business and I love it. First you are greeted by a happy voice who is truly glad you called. An appointment is set up, you receive a call when plumbers are on their way to your house. The problem is deciphered, then they give you a price and you make the decision to have it repaired or not. This way you aren't wringing your hands wondering how much it may cost. Josh and Jarrod were so professional, explained everything, and were incredibly knowledgeable. Their trucks have any parts or tools required for the job, i.e., they don't have to make trips for supplies. When I say these guys were on the job the entire time, I mean it. They were not on their phones, not outside standing by their trucks...all conversation was about the job at hand. And I saved the best for last. They clean up after themselves! Completely clean. I hope the owners of this business, the coworkers, the parents and grandparents of Josh, Jarrrod, and Miranda read this review. They should all be proud of these young people. If I owned a business, these are the type employees I would want to hire.

I am in awe of the Great service given by Matt. He arrived at our home early and took care of the problem that we had. After fixing the broken pipe and turning on the water another problem was discovered. He quickly took control of the situation and called reinforcement and discovered where the second leak was coming from. Thank you Matt for you expertise in the work you did for us. Again the customer service was outstanding. We are completely dedicated to Brother's Plumbing. THEY ARE THE BEST!!!!!!!!

Thank you to Joshua and Justin for coming out to clean out my drain and clean out my stoppage. I have been miserable for eight months trying to get it fixed and finally got the right help. It was reasonably priced and even though they worked three hours, they charge me the minimum price for this job. I will recommend you to other people and I appreciate everything you did for my family.
