I hired Brothers Landscaping in 2024 to replace the mulch in my mulch beds with river rock and plant some bushes & ornamental grass. They came offered me a free very reasonable quote, I hired them and they put me on their schedule. They came on the scheduled day; worked 13+ hours and spread the 15 yards of rock all done in one day. I was very impressed by their quality of work, friendliness, attention to detail, price and professionalism. I would certainly hire them again. Which I did in 2025 for a retaining wall. The versa-lock retaining wall that they did in 2025 for me was fantastic. I was very impressed again as mentioned above by all the same characteristics. They are very good at what they do and I will continue to use them for future landscaping projects.

Came out to give me an estimate. No problem there. Scheduled out to have trees removed, garden beds cleaned, patio power washed. Gave an estimate of about 2400. Thought it was very fair. Fast forward to day before scheduled. I was rushing to get replacement trees so I’d have them for him to plant the next day. Called him to see if he could pickup the trees for me in the morning. No answer. Got a text later that night that he couldn’t make it. No mention of getting the trees. Said he’s busy with another job. I asked when can we schedule. He said Monday. It’s Sunday night. No communication. I texted to ask if he’s still coming. No reply. Monday morning, phoned to ask if he’s coming. No answer. Nothing. Left wondering what the heck he’s doing. I decided to call to get estimates from other landscaper since he seemed to be completely ignoring us. I was informed by another landscaper that he underbids and overbooks himself and then skips the jobs that he underbids on. I would highly recommend that you avoid this kid because he has no sense of professionalism when it comes to communication. The least he could’ve done was been honest and said he can’t do our job instead of making us wait weeks for nothing. Avoid at all cost.
