I loved Tom and Jimmy. They were both so wonderful and accommodating. I was going to take my car in like any normal body shop which would mean I would have a car for a few days. However, I knew that not having my car would affect my work life. I would have to take a couple days off considering I don’t have a second mode of transportation. I told Jimmy this, and he was happy to order the part and have me come in on my day off to get my car fixed. It took a total of 45 minutes for them to fix my side mirror. It was one of the best experiences I’ve had with body shops or just car maintenance in general. I would highly recommend Broomfield Collision Center. Not to mention that they gave me the most reasonable estimate after visiting five other body shops. Please support your local business, and come to BCC to get your car fixed up! I definitely left with a smile on my face.

Tom and his crew did a great job of repairing my 2009 Honda Civic. When I first visited his shop, he showed me exactly what had to be done to repair my car, no hidden services. After a week of driving the car after my accident, I noticed some issues coming from under the car, as if the calibers were sticking to the brake pads. I mentioned it to him. He had his mechanic inspect the car to find that the front axles needed replacing. I appreciated the fact that he came back with this diagnosis. He kept the expense at a minimum since he knew my insurance would not cover the damage to my bumper and trunk. When others wanted to replace the back panel, he was able to repair it without the additional price of a new one. His estimate was right on the spot. The timeline for repair was also what he estimated. The car came back clean with my front headlights sparkling. His ratings on Google are real. Don’t trust the big name body shops as they will work with your insurance to save the insurance money. I found that out the hard way.

It was great doing business with this shop. It's not just that they got the job done and the car is looking quite nice. (Though they did, and it is.) They also accommodated my timeline. I was renting a car while mine was out of action in the shop. They finished job just before my rental agreement expired, which was a great relief to me. Tom is fun to talk with. It's a small thing and it's a big thing. Doing without your vehicle and spending money on repair is a drag. He adds a little entertainment into the mix, which I really appreciated. This was a good transaction all around. The price, the communication as the work got done, hitting a specific deadline to get everything done, having a little fun along the way. Everything about my experience says yes, do business with these guys. That's going to be a win for you.

My daughter was in a fender bender on the way to Utah. The car was drivable, so she continued on. The car kept dropping parts along the highway. Broomfield Collision gave us a very fair estimate. They completed the work professionally and in a timely manner. Communication was good, and every time we went to the shop, we were treated well. The left my car outside and inside spotless. They matched the paint perfectly and the exterior fixes look great. Everything seems to fit as it should and the car drives smooth.

They were great. Work was on point and they got it done quick. The team there are friendly, they communicate every step and make it easy. Everyone there is very friendly and helpful! They were very responsive and always provided as much detail as possible with any question I had while they fixed my car. Nitslly they said it would take 4-6 weeks to fix my car and they finished it in 3 weeks without comprising the quality of work. It’s been a month since I got my car back and it’s running very smoothly and it looks like new! Would highly recommend.
