Outstanding service from Jake. We had a 4inch flood in a 5000sqft basement detected at 10pm on a Saturday. Sump-pump exit pipe was crushed by previous landscaping work unknown to us. Jake was here within 15min of initial call, rectefied the issue (which was very complex) and had 47,200 litres of water fully removed within a couple of hours limiting the damage. Very impressive and would highly reccomend for any plumming requests.

Our kitchen sink was clogged up for 3 days. We had other plumbers quote us $2000 for a fix without even looking for the problem. Jake came in and took the time to help us find what was wrong and the solution. He was punctual, great to deal with, knowledgeable and beyond fair on price. We will only be using him for future plumbing needs and will be recommending him to all our family and friends. Thank you Jake!
