I can’t say enough good things about Brooks Towing. My car broke down after business hours on a very cold night, and I was stuck on the side of the road with my daughter, stressed and unsure what to do. Amanda answered the phone and was incredibly kind, patient, and reassuring right from the start. Shane arrived with the tow truck and immediately made getting us out of the cold and home safely his top priority. He was professional, friendly, and worked quickly to load the car so my daughter and I wouldn’t be stuck freezing on the side of the road. He then took us all the way back to my house instead of leaving us stranded somewhere else. On top of that, they were more than fair with the pricing and didn’t try to charge me an arm and a leg just because it was after hours. What could have been a miserable and scary situation turned into a huge relief thanks to Amanda and Shane. I’m truly grateful and would highly recommend Brooks Towing & Recovery to anyone who needs a tow and wants people who genuinely care.

This is the company to call for help! Absolutely amazing! Jordan arrived so quickly during snow covered streets of South Carolina! Jordan was polite understanding kind and super respectful. He constantly updated me on his arrival. He made sure I got to my home safely! Very knowledgeable and professional. Jordan should get a raise! What a great person to have as a part of Brooks towing. Tyler was my driver. Fantastic guy!, showed up fast, loaded up and gone. Took longer to explain what happened than it did for him to load it. Jessica i believe her name was, took my call. She was super nice, and super helpful. 100% satisfied with my experience and will be using them for any, and all my towing needs. Thank you everyone for your outstanding service. Excellent service received from Brooks Towing and specifically Jacob the driver/ technician. My distributor tang broke on my 1929 Ford Model A leaving me stranded on a local Summerville road with only one option…call AAA for a flatbed. This I did wondering how long I’d have to wait for them to dispatch a tow company let alone how long it would be before they were actually on location?? The answer was 5 minutes and I received a call from Jacob with Brooks towing and he couldn’t have been any better suited for my problem as well as experienced in transporting a vintage antique vehicle like mine. Jacob was not only prompt, efficient and experienced in his position he was one of the most polite young men that I’ve ever met. So if you ever require a tow or some other form of automobile service please do yourself a huge favor by calling Brooks Towing. RVM

At 10:44 a.m. today, I called AAA to request a tow to an auto repair shop. Jordan, the driver sent from Brooks Towing at AAA’s request, arrived about 15 minutes later. I’m impressed not only by the quick response time, but also by the care with which Jordan loaded my vehicle onto the tow truck. A big thanks to AAA and Brooks Towing!!!!

Amanda is super sweet and kind! She was very helpful. I called her early in the morning for assistance with my vehicle, and she helped coordinate everything. Shane was also helpful and professional. The service was exceptional, quick, and easy! Thank you both for a great experience.

Best towing experience ever! The booking agent was pleasant and thorough. Jordan from Brooks Towing arrived about 10 min earlier than scheduled to pick up. He backed the flatbed in perfectly and we were loaded in about 10 minutes. Delivery was just as smooth. Jordan was polite, friendly, and efficient. The truck was clean and new. Highly recommend to anyone needing a scheduled or an unexpected tow!

Great communication and had my car towed within 45 minutes of me calling! Jon was super helpful and kind. He even checked under the hood of my car, trying to help find the issue, as I don’t know much about cars. He had my car dropped off at Gerald’s, gave them my info, and told them the issues I was having within 30 minutes! Definitely recommend.

Brooks Towing & Recovery is awesome! What could have added another level of stress to the night was instead a sigh of relief with Meika on the other end of the phone. Professional company with great customer service, communication and prices! Conveniently located off of 61 in Summerville. Ian arrived within the time frame that was promised. He was also professional and helpful.

James with Brooks Towing Service was absolutely fabulous. Brooks towing dispatcher was immediately in contact with me right after I submitted my request. Not only did the towing dispatcher keep me updated but also James the tow driver on when he will arrive. James was very friendly, kind, and skilled. I will certainly use their service again.
