Excellent service received from Brooks Towing and specifically Jacob the driver/ technician. My distributor tang broke on my 1929 Ford Model A leaving me stranded on a local Summerville road with only one option…call AAA for a flatbed. This I did wondering how long I’d have to wait for them to dispatch a tow company let alone how long it would be before they were actually on location?? The answer was 5 minutes and I received a call from Jacob with Brooks towing and he couldn’t have been any better suited for my problem as well as experienced in transporting a vintage antique vehicle like mine. Jacob was not only prompt, efficient and experienced in his position he was one of the most polite young men that I’ve ever met. So if you ever require a tow or some other form of automobile service please do yourself a huge favor by calling Brooks Towing. RVM

At 10:44 a.m. today, I called AAA to request a tow to an auto repair shop. Jordan, the driver sent from Brooks Towing at AAA’s request, arrived about 15 minutes later. I’m impressed not only by the quick response time, but also by the care with which Jordan loaded my vehicle onto the tow truck. A big thanks to AAA and Brooks Towing!!!!

The absolute best towing service ive ever used. The tow truck operator Jordan was great to deal with ,very helpful,punctual actually surprised me how fast he got there and got it loaded. I would give that guy a raise if he was my employee. I would Definatley recommend Brooks towing and Jordan to any one who is in need of towing services of any kind and at any time. Great service. As soon as I requested AAA roadside assistance, I received a text from Brooks T&R letting me know they were on the way. Frank arrived within 30 minutes from Summerville and was courteous and efficient. Switching out my flat for the spare took no time at all.

Brookes towing a recovery turned my bad day into a great one! I’ve never had a good experience getting my car towed lol! But their staff was incredibly kind and helpful and something as small as that really turned my day around! The ladies at the front desk were incredible and even printed out a copy of my insurance card for me because I had to call my company for it! What a great team, thanks for the positive experience!

I just had a great experience with Brooks Towing. I was out for a Sunday cruise in my restomod 59’ gmc truck when the transmission pan gasket blew out. Jacob showed up in less than 30 minutes and got me towed back home in no time. He was extremely careful with my baby, and went above and beyond unloading it into my garage for me. The price was extremely fair too. They are my new go-to towing service…I highly recommend them

Brooks towing is amazing kind and friendly and helpful! They showed up quickly and jumped my car and said I didn’t need a tow. They were very honest and fair I’ll definitely use them whenever I have too and I highly recommend them

Just now, I literally just had the best experience ever with Shane and Frank from Brooks Towing…. So I was unaware that my neighborhood rules literally state, “no parking on the grass.” It makes sense obviously but I moved into the grass due to heavy, FAST traffic around my corner here. Anyway, I was in the wrong, but I hear the tow truck outside, check my front camera and I run outside and ask the gentleman, what can I do about this… they literally told me I had two options. Gave me my options, I choose to pay on the spot for them to drop it right then, they explained all the rules of my neighborhood to me so I don’t get in trouble again. I must’ve missed the flyer that went out in our emails. They were so kind and professional, they only needed my license and registration to make sure it was my vehicle. I made my payment, we talked , laughed a bit and they went on their way! They thanked me for not being a rowdy customer and I thanked them for their professionalism and handling my case with care. They were great. Thanks so much Shane and Frank. Yall are doing great.

Jordan with Brooks Towing was awesome! I did not have to wait long at all! He was at my car within 45 minutes from the time I called AAA . WOW for a busy Friday morning!!! Jordan was professional and knowledgeable about what the problem may be. He text me when he was on the way for the pick up and when he delivered the car to the dealership! Amazing see ice and so grateful for Jordan& Brooks Towing ! 🤩🤩

I seriously don't know what I would've done if it wasn't for Brooks Towing showing up in a very vulnerable position. They were quick, reasonably priced, and provided the most exceptional customer service. They strive to go above and beyond expectations and it truly shows. Thank you to Sam, Grace, Shelby, Tasha, Johnny, and Frankie (my driver) for the wonderful experience. I will ONLY be using Brooks Towing from here on out.
