I can’t say enough good things about Brooks Towing. My car broke down after business hours on a very cold night, and I was stuck on the side of the road with my daughter, stressed and unsure what to do. Amanda answered the phone and was incredibly kind, patient, and reassuring right from the start. Shane arrived with the tow truck and immediately made getting us out of the cold and home safely his top priority. He was professional, friendly, and worked quickly to load the car so my daughter and I wouldn’t be stuck freezing on the side of the road. He then took us all the way back to my house instead of leaving us stranded somewhere else. On top of that, they were more than fair with the pricing and didn’t try to charge me an arm and a leg just because it was after hours. What could have been a miserable and scary situation turned into a huge relief thanks to Amanda and Shane. I’m truly grateful and would highly recommend Brooks Towing & Recovery to anyone who needs a tow and wants people who genuinely care.

This is the company to call for help! Absolutely amazing! Jordan arrived so quickly during snow covered streets of South Carolina! Jordan was polite understanding kind and super respectful. He constantly updated me on his arrival. He made sure I got to my home safely! Very knowledgeable and professional. Jordan should get a raise! What a great person to have as a part of Brooks towing.
