Yesterday we arrived at a house where the homeowner was complaining that her water had dirt in it. After a brief investigation, we found that tank-style water heater had an excessive amount of sediment in it. We flushed the heater and after filling it we were able to test the water quality and found that the dirt had been eliminated!
It's amazing what a quick water heater flush can do! 🚿
