These guys are good, they do 90% of repairs on my truck unless I’m stuck on the road and can’t make it back home, great work and good pricing easy to get to, and they communicate with you before they start repairs with in depth estimate for repairs I highly recommend them!!

I recently had a disappointing experience with Brookfield Truck and Trailer Repair. Despite their website's claims of 24/7 service, I was turned away upon arrival because I am told they only service affiliated N.S.I. trailers 24/7. Even though they had the parts needed, they refused to help until a supervisor was available the following day to bill out. The discrepancy between their advertisement and reality left me stranded and frustrated. Be cautious and verify their capabilities before relying on their services.

I brought my car carrier in for what I thought was a leaking exhaust manifold and turbo actuator going out. Spoke with Jim Hillyer and Dropped it off on a Wednesday, had an estimate that day, and picked the truck up Friday. Issues were not as I thought, had EGR valve replaced, fan hub and fan belt. Done very fast. Picked it up, brought it home and a coolant fitting (plastic OEM) busted and dumped coolant all over. They sent a road service truck out, plugged the broken fitting for the heater core, filled coolant, and it was fixed enough to bring it back. Got it brought back Saturday morning, got the call Saturday afternoon and it was fixed. They worked quickly to get me back on the road. It's nice to know there are still some good shops out there that don't send all the techs out to sing Kumbaya around a truck, get you an estimate or diagnosis in 3-5 business days, and complete a repair in 6 weeks. Will recommend Brookfield Truck and Trailer to anyone. Next time the truck needs work I will definitely return!

Very pleased with the work they did on my van trailer. The guys are great and the manager, Brandon is really good to deal with. I've recently had a string of dealings with shops who are shockingly unprofessional, so I was thankful to have a good experience here!!

It was weekend and all the repairs were closed and only one place was open and ready to take me in and these were the guys. I got towed here and now I am so happy that I decided to land here. These guys will do anything to get you totally fixed and are courteous enough to not charge you for what they can’t even though they’ve worked so hard on it. I totally recommend this place. Try out once evry truckers out there and you will know what I am talking about. John Gato is a very generous guy and I will surely get towed here next time too even if I break down a 100 miles away. Spoke to the service manager on 2 occasions, first call I was told to call the following week to schedule service/diagnosis on my truck. I called Tuesday the next week and was told to bring the truck in Friday after my work day. After passing on customers in order to get the truck in for service I drove the truck out there on Friday like I was told, only to be told they don’t remember speaking to me and they can’t look at the truck for 2 weeks. When I tried to call the service manager I was told he’s out until Monday. Thanks for wasting my time.

Called this shop @1:20 pm est . Driver was 3 miles away at truckstop .. They took the tractor in shop immediately and began to work on him ... I would highly recommend Brookfield Truck and will be utilizing them in the future Mike C M & D Transportation
