They were great from the initial proposal to the installation. We needed to replace our door and door opener. There was no pressure regarding the kind of door or door opener. They were very good at explaining the difference in options. They gave good explanations of what we did or did not need. The door came in within the time estimate they gave and it was installed promptly. It looks fabulous.

Our garage door spring snapped on a Sunday night and I called Brokentop Garage Doors 8am Monday morning. They said they could have someone out between 10 and noon. Shortly after, Brad called and said he could be here earlier if we liked. When he arrived he was very helpful and informative. We opted to replace some other parts like rollers and make necessary adjustments. Everything was done by 10am. Highly recommended.

Their high review rating is legit, and I'm glad I tried them based on the review score on here. Initial Call: I reached out to Broken Top after my garage door spring broke and was able to get a quick quote and an appointment first thing the next morning. I was surprised at how reasonable the price was for replacing the springs and to install a new opener I already had on hand. Service: Mike arrived on time with a helpful text before so I knew he was on his way. He quickly assessed the situation, provided some helpful insights on items that needed to be addressed with the door and the track, and started his work. He was friendly, professional and honest in our conversations. He installed both springs, the new opener, the sensors and keypad/switch pretty quickly without rushing. He also addressed a few items on the door itself (reinforcing the hinge bracket to the door panel) and made sure all the rollers were lubricated and working properly. I was really happy that there weren't a bunch of additional fees for the items he addressed. When my garage door broke I was immediately concerned with finding a quality company with available and fair pricing; I figured at least one or two aspects would be a challenge. Broken Top delivered on all three and I couldn't be happier with the result. Going forward, they will be the first company I call and recommend for service on a garage door.
