Heaton went down in the middle of the night last night it was cold so I decided I needed to call a heating and air guy well we had one living in our neighborhood about 6 months ago but had moved but I remember the name from the side of this work truck and I gave him a call and they were right on it I got fast service courtesy and just downright nice people. The technician came for a regular maintenance call. He was on time (much appreciated) and went right to work. Afterwards, shared what he found which was all good news. Gave me the option of installing a particular surge protector and explained the benefits of installation—no sales pressure (much appreciated). Brogan was highly recommended to me by a neighbor 2 years ago, and I highly recommend them to anyone reading this. Highly professional, know their craft and fair priced. I’m 82 and have dealt with several.

My condenser fan went down. I was running on emergency heat.. they came out right away. Had it fixed in less than 45 minutes same day!! Warm and toasty now!!
