I needed a unit just for a few months while storing equipment to start a business. During the startup I called to cancel but was supposed to cancel in writing (text,email etc) and I failed to do so and was charged a few more months before I noticed. I called and they said they'd get back to me and without disclosing details publicly, they came back with a solution that I'll say was very fair. A storage unit is a storage unit, but they treated me fairly and honorably and although there was an issue, if I ever need storage again I'll be coming back here. I'll just follow common sense and policy to put any cancellations in wiring. Thanks Brockville storage.
