Rented 2 units for ~4 months. Staff, and owner, were pleasant to deal with. They are actively improving the property with upgrades (fencing, lighting and security cameras).

I rented a unit from Brockville Storage. I found Scott very helpful. He answered all my questions, I reserved a unit and found it would be too small to meet my needs when I arrived ( my miscalculation). Scott was able to upgrade the unit as I waited. I would highly recommend Brockville Storage and I would use them again myself.
