Thank you to my piercer Rob and other staff for a great professional piercing experience! I came to get a conch and rook, and Rob spent extra time on finding a good position to match a previous conch on my other ear. For my rook I was expecting it to be more painful than it was, so I was really happy with it all. Overall a friendly, clean and very professional experience. Would recommend☺️

I visited this place for the first time on 24/08/2025, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the whole studio was clean, well-kept, and professional. I had my tattoo done by Luke, who was absolutely fantastic and professional. He made the whole process comfortable and smooth. I’ll definitely be coming back again. Highly recommend!

Georgia gave me a orbital helix ear piercing. She was very pleasant, informative and let me know what piercings are possible. She enthusiastically mapped out which piercings would look good from her artistic vision. I'd definitely come back for more!

today I came back for my second round of piercings from Rob, he is so professional, takes you step-by-step for after-care as well and they are all lovely people! The piercing jury is 10 out of 10! All the way from America too ! Even the front desk reception girl was really sweet too, thank you guys so much for the best experience!

rob did my cheek dermal piercing yesterday and made the whole process so quick & easy as he explained everything and made sure i was good. super professional and amazing!! so happy with the final product:)

I’m a huge nerd and wanted a tattoo of the Tardis from Dr Who. These guys got my vision and got to work putting together a stencil. The artists hand was super light, I almost didn’t feel him working the skin. It’s crisp, punchy and just what I was looking for.

I truly felt so cared for and had an amazing experience! I went in for a nostril piercing and Georgia was absolutely the best, so insanely lovely, reassuring, and made me feel completely at ease. Everything was explained clearly, and I was taken care of so well. Highly recommend!

I had the best piercing experience I’ve ever had at Broadway Tattoo. Soon as I entered I was greeted by the lovely Georgia, my piercer. She put in effort to match my new jewellery to my existing gold jewellery, which I appreciated. The piercing experience itself was great - Georgia was nice to talk to and made me feel comfortable amongst my nerves. I was given extensive information on piercing aftercare and my ears are healing nicely, no pain or anything after the first day. I would definitely return for another piercing in the future, highly recommend this place and in particular, Georgia ☺️

Original piercing and change of lip ring was adequate, however, I felt the crew to be a bit judgmental and ‘too cool for school’, you work in a shop, check yourselves 🫠
