Dennis is incredibly helpful, professional, and a true asset to the team. From the very beginning, he communicated clearly and consistently, making sure I felt informed and comfortable throughout the entire process. I’ve spent many thousands of dollars at Broadway over the years. For the most part they did good work, but I always felt they were recommending unnecessary repairs. At my last visit they replaced my axle shaft assembly, and I started hearing this grinding when I turn right. I took it back and they did not diagnose or fix the issue. I started going to Good News Garage where they’re much more honest about what actually needs to be fixed and what can wait. Edit: Weird that Dennis states I never reached out to them. As I stated in my review, I took the car back and the issue was not fixed. I don’t trust them with my car at this point, hence why I’ve not been back again.

I recently had an inspection and the team was professional, thorough, and efficient. They clearly explained everything and made the process smooth and easy. I appreciate their attention to detail and prompt service. Highly recommended!

I’m beyond grateful for this experience at Broadway auto shop. I brought my car for heat issues. Last year, I went thru a rough winter without a heat based on the repair estimate I got which is over $7k so I decided not to do it as it was too much. However, I got the thermostat changed (or assumed I did) but still didn’t fix the heat. When I brought my car to this shop and they assessed the issue, they noticed the thermostat was never replaced and Dennis gave me the quote which I’m so grateful it didn’t change given all the work they did on my car. I have never felt more comfortable bringing my car back for repair to any auto shop other than this one. Dennis, who leads a fantastic team of professional mechanics, is the greatest human being you’ll ever meet. He really cares about his customers and never try to overcharge them. The most honest shop I’ve ever dealt with. Thanks to this team, I now have heat in my car and can stay warm this winter. They’ll have me as a customer for life (or as long as I’m in MA) 😇

I will be a customer of broadway until the day I leave the Boston area! Dennis went above and beyond for me when I got a used car from a dealership that I later found out sold it to me in an unsafe driving condition and $1600 of work needed. He offered to get on the phone with the dealership to convince them to sign up for a better parts dealer to put quality parts in my car instead of the cheap ones they initially offered that would fail in a few months. I couldn't be more grateful for his advice and help throughout the process! He's clearly knowledgeable, honest, and the definition of Boston kindness. Thank you, Dennis.

Made an appointment for state inspection. Very quick and efficient! Jose was super kind and helpful and changed my plates and key battery for me in addition to the inspection. Thank you Jose! Made the experience very stress-free.

Wonderful and fast service from Dennis and the team. My car failed inspection and they were able to diagnose and fix the issue over the weekend at a very reasonable price.

Bad bad bad. Went for inspection and they failed the car for all 4 brake pads and front end play and offered to fix it. Left and went to my mechanic. My mechanic said to never go back here. Back brakes needed to be replaced (which we knew) but the front was at 5mm, and my mechanic also said that there was absolutely no front end play. To fail an inspection for brakes pads, they need to be 2mm or under. So this place just straight up lied. My mechanic wrote a note with what he said. I went back to get the car inspection again, and passed, no comment. If this place was correct in why they failed me, they would have said my mechanic was wrong. Instead, my mechanic tried to call this place to talk to the person who inspected my car to tell them they were wrong. Never coming here again.

I recently brought my car for state inspection. Jose was efficient, kind, and even reattached my loose bumper for me! Great service and prices, I highly recommend coming here!
