Cannot recommend Catina and her team enough! We are moving from out of state and from start to finish the communication and support has been excellent. She scheduled remote viewings for homes we were interested in quickly. When we found our dream home she has supported us at every step going the extra mile when hiccups outside of her control came up to make sure that the things we needed were taken care of. Highly recommend her and her team for any real estate needs.

Catina drove several hours to always be present at any showing. She was quick to respond and get us viewings ASAP on homes we wanted to see. When we found a home and put a offer in she was on top of everything. We got daily updates and she made the process so easy. Catina also sat through my 2hr closing and made sure I understood everything I was signing and checked in on us even after closing. We are grateful for having her as our realtor!!

I can’t speak for anyone but myself. I never dealt with Catina Broadwater with my house until the last minute, and I mean the last minute. I was referred to her by someone who knew her and I thought I was getting her; come to find out I was sent to her daughter. I can honestly say I had the worse experience in buying a home in the last year. People we dealt with was questioning me why my realtor wasn’t doing this and doing that. I constantly had to keep calling my realtor and asking her did she do this and that. After a year I finally got into my house. I was so stressed out I asked my realtor Aundia not to come to closing with me. Like I said I didn’t deal with Catina directly but the other realtor I wouldn’t recommend.
