Broad & James Towing

It was stuck 80 feel out in mud. Don’t ask why but it was. They got her out. Took a while but I didn’t expect it to be quick. Had three different tow trucks come and help. Wasn’t the evening I was planning on. 😂 I don’t think they expected it to be that hard to get out but at then end of the day I payed $170. For a $500 dollar job if I had to guess maybe even more.

Great customer service. The dispatch unit talked to a number of people and everyone Was courteous. Very knowledgeable. Patient. Helpful. I met the tow driver at the spot they were prompting on time. Driver was super friendly top-notch highly recommend.

First the brown skin young lady at reception desk is very rude! You ask her any question and she look at you like you’re crazy for asking! Then when she does answer its very angry like and impatient! If she cant have patience with customers she shouldn’t be at the front desk! I was there because my nephews car got towed there. I have never dealt with a impound before so dont know all the rules and regulations. Anything i asked her was met with a angry look and annoyed response. I gave up and just wanted the car out and to get away from her asap! Then the driver that was dropping off my car to repair shop was extremely slow! Rude Front desk lady told me he would be about an hour. I called an hour later and he had just loaded my vehicle on his truck. Then another hour passed! I called back an hour later at 8:58 pm and this time a very professional and kind lady answered. Whoever was manning the phone at night knows how to speak to customers. She told me driver was 5 minutes away. Total drive time from your impound to my drop off location is 17 minutes! Why did it take him over 2 hours to deliver!? He told me he was trying to start my vehicle!! For what! It doesn’t start is the reason its being towed! If he flooded my electrical system i will be in touch for you to make repairs! Horrible customer service all the way around! Except for the lady at 8:58pm. Thank you for your kindness!

They were prompt and customer service was awesome. Driver Mark was kind, patient and efficient; the best! Thank you from someone who was stranded from neighboring state. I would definitely highly recommend them👏😊

Broad & James Towing showed up for us again and on time. Laura called to let us know that the driver was on the way and we also received a text. That really helped us to be prepared for the drivers arrival. The tow driver was courteous and professional. He hooked that truck up so fast. I truly respect this company. I'm this world today, it's so nice to be able to depend on a company that has values and a company culture that reflects that. Great job Broad & James Towing! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

Brian did a great job for me today moving a 1941 Packard to a garage that was tight. We ended up having to push it partially in place but Brian said "no problem" I appreciate everything he did today. I highly recommend Broad and James Towing

Mitch did an excellent job was very prompt very courteous and liked the way he handled things. Got us home in a timely manner and everything/everyone is safe. Car was in good shape. Guys are a great company to deal with and I really greatly appreciate it.

Long story short, Roadside through my insurance failed me. Using Yelp I found Broad & James. The wrecker was onsite within 15 mins. Anthony, the driver, was super helpful and was concerned as much as myself about damaging my vehicle. Weather conditions weren’t ideal but that didn’t stop Anthony from knocking the service out of the park. This all after waiting 5 hrs for 3 other wreckers who were unable and unwilling to provide service. I’d definitely recommend Broad & James to everyone and anyone.

The people I dealt with here were great. Kind, efficient dispatch operator, tow arrived in half the quoted time and driver, Kenny, was friendly and quick. A good experience during a difficult situation.

Prompt, polite, took his time getting my car on the flat bed and delivered my car to the mechanic with no issues. Mechanic said the driver backed it in and off loaded the vehicle with no problem and the gentleman was very nice.
