Important info to start with: We were told many years ago not to have our house pressure washed, because it can cause damage along with water getting behind the vinyl siding and create mold. We did the best we could to clean our house by hand with soap and water. We also cleaned our decks and shed, but because our house is 3 stories high, there are areas we cannot reach. The gutters were so dirty, it was an eye sore to me, but we couldn't reach them. After talking with someone about the challenges of removing lichen, he referred this company and emphasized they do a "soft wash" and not high pressure. He also raved about the great job they did on a house that had 10 times more lichen than we did. The review: Wow! Simply wow! My decks (made of PVC) are back to the original color. My house actually shines. I was giddy. I was almost in (happy) tears looking at the results. My gutters are spotless. All of the lichen is gone from the house and the shed! If I could give this company 10 stars, I would. It may cost us more money in the future to have them continue to clean the property instead of doing the work ourselves, but it's worth it! No more of us having to clean our decks, never mind attempting to clean the house or shed. They clean roofs, too! The entire process from the initial call to the cleaning was seamless and pleasant. They encourage you to remove your screens or raise them if they slide up. It was a little difficult to remove such old screens, but it was worth it! They clean the sills. That's another thing I used to clean on my own due to the mold buildup. I cannot emphasize enough how happy I am with the results. Truly impressive.

What a shit Job for waiting almost 2 hours to get in. What a waste of 58 dollars. Should've just left the thing dirty. Now I look like a goof.

Everyone at DETAILS that I spoke with was polite and very responsive. We had our house, roof, and patios washed and everything looks great! The house looks bright and fresh, the roof is completely clean of moss, lichen, and pine needles, and the pavers on the patios look brand new! Thank you DETAILS Soft Wash!

Booking online was easy, got a quote in a couple of days and scheduled service a few days later. Initial house wash missed a few spots but service quickly responded and came back same day to fix. Satisfied overall with the experience, house looks great!

My third time here and I regret it every time. Very slow no customer service and not very good washes at all. I got here at 7:26 pm the other day the signs said open come on in and there hrs said they are open until 9 pm and they were completely shut down. When I called today and asked why they were closed they said they sent everyone home because of the rain. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else.
