Excellent service from Russ @ Britantic Services Ltd. Installed an air conditioning system in my business premises. Service from start to finish was excellent and prices were extremely reasonable. I will use again to have another unit installed.

Russ and the team did an amazing job with my new work unit as you can see from the images the standard of work is second to none. From the very beginning the they filled me with confidence, their professional approach was extremely refreshing. Britannic (led by Russell) has just finished a renovation project in my house. I have dealt with Russell directly throughout. He has been very good communicator, polite and professional as well as pleasent with me. We have agreed on the details of the job right from the beginning. He went to complete the renovation work in the time scale that he set for the project. His work is excellent and the finishing standards is very good. Yes, we have had some last minute alteration, but Russell was very accommodating and understanding and he implemented the changes swiftly and efficiently without any hustle. We recently experienced a rogue tripping of a breaker leaving us with no power sockets. Mark from Britannic was with us that same morning, tested our installation and gave us expert advice as to how we pin down where the fault might lie. Following that advice the problem has been traced and resolved. As a retired couple we have experienced first class service and expert assistance from Britannic, where Mark and Russ are both expert and sympathetic to their customers’ needs.
