I arranged to have a vehicle picked up and brought to my home. And it’s not the first time that I’ve done this.To keep this review short,I’ll hit the highlights of my experience. The dispatcher was very friendly and helpful. And at the end of the day, so was the driver. Why two stars? The driver was very late.Then called me because he was lost. I stopped what I was doing and went to meet him which was actually a few miles in the opposite direction of where we should have been. The people waiting at the location of the vehicle were getting impatient with me because they had plans that were being held up. And when it was finally settled. I get charged 10 dollars more than quoted on the phone. Hopefully this was just one of those “having a bad day “ kinda things. But,next time. I’ll exercise my right to choose who I hire.

This place has towed at least 20 cars for me. The lady and her dad are wonderful and they know what they are doing. I like to see a woman that does this type of work. I think that's the best part. Sadly she's no longer there as of recent

The company, can’t say much about but Danny? THE GOAT. so helpful. We were stranded states away from home and be brought us right back. Great dude, funny as heck. Definitely the driver every company needs. Give that man a raise for all his hard work.

Called about a tow requested by my roadside stating I HAD already cancelled it due to the ETA being too far out, the lady that answered the phone was very rude and unprofessional- she stated that my ins had already paid and the tow was already on the way that the eta was wrong- I told her ok I would cancel the other guy then. So I waited another 20 min-still no tow- called back the same woman answered even more hateful this time stating that since I canceled they will not come and get me even though they had already gotten payment from my insurance. She ready needs a 101 in customer service and quality- also they robbed my insurance of money and did not provide services even though I informed her on the first call that I had cancelled in the app already, she said they were still coming out. Be aware if you use them.

We called for road side assistance with our insurance company and they had no idea when they could get to us. We called Bristol Wrecker and they were there in 30 minutes. It was the coldest night ever with the recent storm, I'm so thankful we didn't have to sit in a cold car

If you're in the Tri-Cities area or surrounding area this is the best tow truck company around. When your day is bad enough and you're just trying to get home or to work. Super courteous driver. There was a little confusion on my location but they stayed in contact with me and got there in more than reasonable time. Couldn't get better service for the price.
