I arranged to have a vehicle picked up and brought to my home. And it’s not the first time that I’ve done this.To keep this review short,I’ll hit the highlights of my experience. The dispatcher was very friendly and helpful. And at the end of the day, so was the driver. Why two stars? The driver was very late.Then called me because he was lost. I stopped what I was doing and went to meet him which was actually a few miles in the opposite direction of where we should have been. The people waiting at the location of the vehicle were getting impatient with me because they had plans that were being held up. And when it was finally settled. I get charged 10 dollars more than quoted on the phone. Hopefully this was just one of those β€œhaving a bad day β€œ kinda things. But,next time. I’ll exercise my right to choose who I hire.
