On Thanksgiving Day, my husband and I brought our truck to this car wash and paid for one of their highest detailing packages. We were there for quite a while, and during that time we noticed the manager, Brian, driving customers’ vehicles very aggressively. Although he did not personally work on our truck, we did see him performing final inspections on all vehicles. After leaving the car wash and stopping at a gas station right down the road, my husband noticed that our trailer brake/hitch component was broken. The broken piece appeared to have been intentionally tucked away, making it less noticeable. We immediately returned to the car wash and showed Brian the damage. He took my husband’s phone number, a picture, and said he would get a quote and call us. A week passed with no contact. My husband and I went back in person, and while Brian was not there, another manager confirmed he was aware of the situation but stated it was Brian’s responsibility to handle. The next morning we spoke with Brian again, and he said he would order the part. After that, we heard nothing. At this point, we obtained a quote from our dealership. The cost to properly replace the damaged part was $938, and we were advised that allowing a third party to repair it could void our truck’s warranty. It would be best to do it through GMC. We returned to the car wash again, this time documenting the interaction. Brian initially offered $200, which we declined, providing the dealership quote instead. He took the paperwork, stepped away for about 30 minutes (stating the owner was out of the country), and eventually came back saying they would pay for the repair. Replacing this particular component is not a simple exterior fix. According to the dealership, the repair requires removing parts of the truck’s center console and recalibrating the trailer brake system to ensure it functions properly and safely. Despite this, Brian suggested repairing the part himself in the car wash parking lot, which would have risked improper calibration and potentially voided our factory warranty. However, the situation continued to unravel. Brian claimed he coordinated same-day service with a dealership in Katy, but when we contacted that location directly, they told us he had called but the service they told he they could provide that day would be a tire rotation, not a repair, and that no parts had been ordered. This forced us to reverse back into to the car wash yet again. We told him we were sure what he was trying to pull but this was getting out of hand. We have been patient and tried to work with you. At this point. You need to work with our original dealership and get this paid. Our original dealership confirmed they could accept payment directly over the phone or in person. Brian stated on video that he would call and handle the payment. That was on 12/15. He never followed through. Since then, the dealership has confirmed that Brian never called, despite having the direct contact information. They also attempted to reach him, and he ignored their calls. As of January 13, Brian continues to avoid our calls. My husband works out of town, making it difficult to keep returning in person, but we plan to go back again once he is home. Overall, this experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. The detailing itself was not impressive for the amount of time spent or the premium price paid. Despite their claims of frequently working with luxury vehicles, their handling of cars appears careless and unprofessional. Between the aggressive driving, the hidden damage, and the ongoing lack of accountability, I would not recommend trusting this business with your vehicle. The picture I attached is Brian getting my husband’s phone number, and he had just taken a picture of the broken brake hitch.

Amazing work and great prices. Ask for Bryan and he’ll do the rest!!!! Looks the same as when we drove it off the lot 4 years and 50,000 miles ago.

I recently took my car to this establishment, and I must say, it was a fantastic experience! The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure they understood exactly what I needed. The hand wash itself was thorough and meticulous, leaving my car looking brand new both inside and out. What impressed me the most was their dedication to customer satisfaction. They took their time to ensure every detail was perfect, and it truly showed in the final result. I highly recommend this car wash service to anyone looking for exceptional quality and great customer care. I'll definitely be a returning customer!

I paid $68 to have my truck washed manually because the tunnel would not reach some areas, it would’ve taken them a minute to hit the frame and the fender liner but yet they didn’t do it unless you pay $25 extra. The tool box as seen in the picture wasn’t even wiped and neither the truck’s bed. The exhaust chrome would take a second to wipe as well but the said it’s not their job to do so and when complained they tried to make a scene in public and that’d be the way they do it otherwise I should ask for a refund. It was an embarrassing moment and I don’t recommend anyone to go there to pay that money for such a service.

An update: I hadn't been here in a little while - rather busy. Anyway, I'd just returned from Crested Butte and my car was in QUITE a state. 2000 miles, offloading, bugs all over the front. Mud alp over! Anyway, the Brio team did a great job in bringing the "POP" back. Such nice people. This is the only place I take my Land Rover. I love places like this. Friendly and hardworking people who do a great job. My car really POPPED after the clean. They even managed to get all the dog hair out of the back. I think I will sign up for the membership program. Like some other reviewers I had tried other places around where I work and was unhappy. Great job Candy and the team!

Fantastic when they opened, but quality has declined. Tire shine is partially done at best, stuff used to shine black plastic is on chrome where it does not belong looking oily, painted areas dirty due to dirty rags used for drying. When they first opened, they used all clean towels on each car to dry…. Not anymore, same funky towels are used car to car while I was watching. Interior is okay, but not great. Lots of towel fuzzies on dash and doors. Owner on-sight for my wash… quality inspection and training badly needed. The attached pictures taken same day of wash after driving a few miles home.

Was really good when first opened. Now kids are managing/running. They scratched front fender (correctable with paint correction) because worker wasn't paying attention when cleaning windshield. will not be back.

I cannot say enough good things about Brio Hand Car Wash. This is a family-owned business that truly takes pride in their work & it shows. The brothers detailed my car with such meticulous care that I was able to relax, and not think about another task that I would surely spend hours cleaning myself (& I don’t have that time). Every inch of my car was cleaned with attention and precision, and it looked better than it has in years. I feel like I can breathe haha riding in my filthy car was overwhelming and embarrassing when I had guests ride. What stood out even more was the kindness and professionalism of the family running this place. It’s rare these days to find people who take such pride in their craft, and it reminded me why supporting local, family-owned businesses is so important. I searched intentionally for a small, local car wash here in Houston because I believe in giving back to my community and supporting my neighbors. Like the song says; we can’t forget about the little man. Brio has earned a loyal customer in me. I won’t take my car anywhere else. Thank you for your hard work and dedication it truly makes a difference in the lives of many. It’s the little things that aren’t so little after all that make life special. Never overlook the power an organized and clean area that we spend so much time in. Yall are team awesome! ~Rachel
