The first is the standard teeth cleaning, which usually takes about an hour. Our dental hygienist will remove soft plaque and hard tartar. The other type of cleaning is a deep cleaning and is needed in cases where there may be infection or advanced stages of gum disease. This type of cleaning is completed over multiple appointments and removes the disease-causing bacteria deep under the gum line.

10 stars! Iāve had horrific experiences with previous dentists that led to fear of dental care. The whole team at brilliant smiles beavercreek was amazing and made sure I was kept comfortable and didnāt feel a thing with my fillings! Scheduling was amazing to! So grateful for this office!

I am very nervous about going to the dentist due to childhood experience!!! However, the staff at Brilliant Smile were great!! I kept laughing and joking about it to ease the nerves and they got a kick out of it!!! I had braces as a kid and the issues I have and ignored over the years because I didnāt want to go, but this experience was different! Dr. Phillips was sooo sweet, and we were in agreement what I needed/wanted to get done firstā¦other places just pushed for my wisdom teeth to get pulled asap! And ignored what I wanted or felt was important to me!!! Dr. Phillips said to me you have a beautiful smile, but letās get the rest of your teeth healthy!! Sheās was amazing!!! Thank you, Dr. Phillips for the self-confidence again in my smile!!!
