First time using their services. Arrives on time. Greeted my boy Coco. Explained the process. During the cleaning kept me informed via text including pictures. At the end a video and recommendations were sent. Coco didn’t looked stress. The results were amazing. Very professional team

Winston’s vet recommended BrightyBark to us, so I contacted them to set up an appointment. I was impressed with their prompt response and how easy the booking process was. It was so cool to see their van pull up and they were so friendly. It was definitely reassuring knowing they were right there should anything go wrong but honestly Winston had a great time. It took about an hour and his teeth are now sparkling clean and no bad breath! The fact that he’s still allowing us to check his mouth tells me there was no trauma involved, in fact he wanted to go back in their van 😂 Highly recommend their service!
