As a parent, I would like to share my experience with RN Blake and the BrightStar Home Care team. I want to express my sincere gratitude to Blake and the entire BrightStar Care staff for their exceptional support and professionalism. Blake is a caring, knowledgeable, and dedicated nurse. He ensures that all medication doses are accurate and up to date, and he carefully reviews every detail—from medication administration and injections to g-tube feedings and dressing changes. Blake is always punctual, attentive, patient, and trustworthy. The BrightStar team as a whole is compassionate, attentive, and deeply committed to their patients. They work seamlessly with parents’ schedules and truly listen to parents’ input with care and understanding. Thank you to Blake and the entire BrightStar Care team for your continued dedication and excellent care.

My home care nurse was Hanne. She is absolutely one of the best. She was always on time and very responsive when I had questions. She was very attentive to my wound care post knee replacement surgery. I would have her take care of me or anyone else I know in a heartbeat. Thank you very much for everything. James M.

I had undergone a major surgical proceedure of my spine. As a result, I developed a Staph infection, which required daily nursing care and the managment of a PICC line for daily antibiotic administration and bi-weekly blood draws. Ths required a nurse to supervise on a regular basis with attention to detail. I was sent nurse Hanne Bolette Nouri. She provided the needed applications et.al. She was empathetic to my needs and was professionmal in all aspects of her work. She made me feel at ease and was very personable to me and my family. Hanne was a consumate professional. I had been looking for a service to help with caregiving or just companionship with my mom. I have searched around to so many companies to no avail. I would either find people that were lazy and didn’t want to do the job or just cost too much I met with Art from Bright Star Care Services and not an aid. The nurse evaluated my mom. They figured out exactly what services that was needed matched her with the best caregiver named Juliet since Juliet has been with us my mom has been thriving and she’s happy and she loves her new person. Actually we call her her star Juliet is my mom‘s new star so I wanna thank Bright Star Care Services for sending such a wonderful person and doing an amazing service if you’re looking for someone for a companionship for your loved one are someone to help care for a loved one do yourself a favor and contact Bright Star Care Services.

I am extremely fortunate to have Ari from Brightstar agency as my caregiver. Today while we were grocery shopping , I asked her to remind me about taking my medication when we returned to the home. Unfortunately when she dropped me off at home , her shift was over and she had to leave. Ari texted me to remind me to take my medication after she returned home. That's the kind of dedication I have come to expect from Ari. Thoughtful, considerate and extremely helpful. Thank you Brightstar for allowing this amazing young woman to be my caregiver. Brightstar Care is an excellent service! Thier specialists are fantastic! Nurse Hanna and physical therapist Angela have been super thorough, dedicated and professional. I had in home care for a knee replacement surgery. I had a great experience!

I have been a client of Brightstar Agency for several years. I must say one of the best caregivers I have been fortunate to meet is Ari. She is diligent caring and an extremely helpful caregiver. I have asked a few times if I could increase the number of days she assists me at home. I'm delighted she will be available some Fridays in the future . When Ari arrives at my home in the mornings , she makes me breakfast. She is an excellent cook. The meals she prepares for me are always delicious and very healthy . Without my even asking, she takes the initiative to straighten my living room and dining area. She will do laundry after which she will put away and organize my clothes exactly the way I like it. She drives me to doctors appointments and to pick up medication from the pharmacy. A few weeks ago I had an event at my home with guests. Ari was a huge help in making the event a success. She helped me organize and decorate the space for the event and even help make the punch which was delicious. . I love that she always takes the initiative and will complete tasks without being asked. Ari is by far one of the best caregivers at Brightstar agency. I don't know how I survived without her before. Thanks Ari for all you do to help me. Thank you Brightstar for assigning Ari to me. I'm extremely grateful. .

Great communication with all staff and my family. Caregiver Jane has been responsible, kind, caring and wonderful at motivating my father to move more. Nurse Blake is attentive and observant regarding my father’s needs and has kept me posted.

Hanne is excellent! She really knows what she's doing and how to make you feel like you are in good, healing, hands! I wouldn't go anywhere else for my wound care than Hanne at BrightStar!
