Lina was great when she came to quote was knowledgeable and helpful which is why we went with her even though she wasn’t the cheapest. That’s where the good service stopped. Deadlines were missed tradies cut corners to save costs. Less than 12 months later a number of minor and a major defect appeared. After 3 months Lina finally came out inspected and agreed to do rework to fix issue. 6 months later and she ignores my calls and messages and won’t come to fix her bad work. Now have to try and get resolution through Dept Fair Trading. If you want a landscaper that isn’t cheap but does a cheap job and is unprofessional and doesn’t take responsibility and deliver the work they quote then I highly recommend Bright tiling….

Do yourself a favour and stay away from this company. Extremely poor workmanship. Used them for some steps and a simple path and the job turned out horrific. Hard to deal with and way over priced for the quality you get. If I could give minus stars I would.
