Bright Light Medical Imaging

I've been here a handful of times for various imaging--X-rays and MRI's for my son, mammograms and ultrasounds for me. Every element of this place is great, especially the people who work there! I'm impressed with their warmth and friendliness, attention to detail (a warming box for the gowns), kindness, the quality of the imaging, and quickness of the reporting (I got results while still there today for a mammogram/ultrasound), reasonable pricing, and feeling known/more than just a faceless number during a stressful time. Will be back for sure, and I'm so thankful we have this in our town! Keep up the great work!

Entire experience at this facility was great. From taking care of appointment to insurance preauthorization was smooth. Technicians doing the imaging are very good with the communication and entire process. Got the CT scan result within 2 hours.

Was able to schedule an ultrasound with only a couple days notice which was awesome considering it can take months to get in for appointments with medical professionals these days! Booking on the phone was a process but I was patient. Staff was friendly and helpful. Appointment went smoothly and I received results very quickly even though it was the holiday season. Highly recommend!

A really nice & friendly office! It was clean & not intimidating. Staff was very kind & helpful. Would definitely go here for regular testing instead of a hospital. The scan result came really quickly too!

Went for CT scan of ankle. Polite staff. On time. We're able to give me a disk with my images that same day. Very much appreciated that as I had a doc appt. 2 days later. No hassle.

This place is always my first choice for any tests I need. They are the best: They get me in & out, they forward the results to both my doctor & me quickly & their prices are reasonable should insurance not cover any costs. My experience was very positive! I arrived a little bit early, the receptionist was friendly, and the technician took me back at my scheduled time. All staff were very friendly. Very clean facility. I received one of my test results in a matter of a few hours and the other test the following day. Highly impressive with the turnaround. For efficiency and great customers service, I highly recommend this facility.

I had such a wonderful experience with Mary Ann! She was kind, patient, and made me feel completely comfortable during the ultrasound. Her professionalism and gentle manner made the entire appointment enjoyable. I’m so grateful for her care and would highly recommend her to anyone!

Convenient location in Naperville, walked in without an appointment seeking a chest xray for pneumonia. I was told it might be 20- ish minutes, and I was happy to wait. 40+ min later, trying to stay awake in waiting room, i politely asked how much longer? Surprise, I was called in 60 seconds...no other patient was in there. I was told results should be available within about 24 hours. 28 hours later I called to check, and was told they were not ready, but take 24 to 48 hours. And yet the results were emailed to me within 5 minutes. This location showed me no courtesy, and I felt no concern regarding my illness, discomfort or sense of urgency for the xray or results. I will not go back.
