I could say so much but I’m going to keep it short As I can. If you see this company managing any rental properties, look the other way ! also if you are seeking for this company to provide management to your property RUN!! The property I’m currently renting just switched to this management company and OMG! The back-and-forth that I have had to go through has been a horrible, I’m Legit exhausted. From maintenance request to the transition to smaller trash cans WITHOUT any notification. Also, the lawn care company comes to care for the yard Between 730 and 8 AM, which is actually illegal in the city of Saint paul. If I could get out of my lease without the extra fees, I would! Do yourself a favor and avoid this headache.

Sammi and Paul has been phenomenal in turning things around for my properties and my tenants. Their expertise in dealing with people is second to none, and thanks to that, I'm happy and so are my tenants! Communication is great, attention to detail is great, and they are very reasonably priced.

Sammi is amazing to work with. Her knowledge on everything from the home buying process to maintenance and whether or not a home is worth putting an offer on was so very appreciated during the purchase of my new home. She is friendly and never made me feel like I was anything but her first priority. She also knows everyone and has been able to connect me with all of the services providers I need to get my house in shape as I start to move in.
