Called the factory shop to see if I could pay over the phone for 2 glasses I'd seen on their website. She advised to pay for them online and collect in store. I did this but when they arrived I wasn't keen so had my partner return them to the store and purchase some other cheaper glasses. I've been refused a refund because apparently the store is a factory outlet and the website isn't, even though they sell exactly the same product! Customer service is poor. I've been done out of £20 when I could have saved this if I'd been told it's much cheaper in store for the same product. Ridiculous given that the online sales are provided by the store anyway so they are one entity. Feels like an easy money maker for them, taking advantage of those who can't travel to the store.
