A black tie event out of state, I had been to MANY stores, and Melissa came in to save the day the moment I walked in!!! A STUNNING dark purple velvet floor length gown that everyone loved. Brittany at Bridal by Viper was amazing and helpful and wonderful. First of all, the entire staff had smiles on their faces the entire time I was there. They were very friendly to me and my guests. I went in just to fit a dress to see what works for my body type, and was getting a dress made! Brittany changed my mind real quick with her pulls. Although I didn’t say yes to a dress, there’s a dress that Brittany pulled that I’m in love with 😍 I have scheduled another appointment for another fitting

If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would! Amber was my consultant, or as I like to call her my fairy godmother! I came into my appointment with not very high hopes of finding what I really wanted which was an mermaid dress with an over skirt that went all the way around and more on the simple side. All of my other appointments at other places had me in the mindset that I couldn’t get what I wanted and I needed to just find an mermaid dress that I liked and have a custom skirt made for me. I had my bridesmaids/ family pick out my starter 5 dresses to get the appointment going. Amber truly listened to what I liked and didn’t like, but most importantly she listened to what I wanted in the beginning of the appointment of my dream dress! After the first 5 she pulled a few dresses for me based off of what I liked and didn’t like on the other few dresses. First dress that she picked for me was my DREAM DRESS! It seemed too good to be true! It was the right color, size, and it was an as is dress with an amazing price! It was truly like it was made for me! I came into that appointment crying because I knew I wouldn’t be able to find my dreams as is and walked out crying because it was everything I wanted and so much more! 100/10 definitely recommend! Also is any brides are contemplating doing the VIP Experience I absolutely recommend! So much fun had food and got to pick out my own playlist for my shopping experience. Amber at Viper in Birch Run was amazing, she made me feel confident and was patient in my contemplation between dresses. She was able to pull different parts of dresses and find me my dream dress. I couldn't recommend someone more and am so happy that I found her as a stylist. She deserves lots of recognition because she knew the whole floor like the back of her hand and was so talented. I am grateful for everyone at this location and for it being where I found my dream dress.

When I arrived I was at first very overwhelmed by the amount of dresses this location had, Amber explained the process step by step & made it such a wonderful experience! She made sure to pay attention to every detail I loved & didn’t seem to like on the dresses my group had picked out for me. I ended up falling in love with a dress Amber had picked for me & I’m super excited for when I get to go pick it up!

I went to Bridal by Viper to get my wedding dress and everyone there was so nice and very helpful. They have beautiful gowns at good price ranges. I also went there for my bridal party to get their dresses and I had the same wonderful experience!

Bridal by Viper was such an awesome experience and working with Amber made it even better! I went to my appointment almost certain of the dresses I did not want! I didn’t even want to try them. Amber had me choose 8 dresses to start and included in those 8 I needed to have a style I said I didn’t want. Wouldn’t you know, I fell in love! So happy she gave me a little push out of my comfort zone. She didn’t persuade me one way or the other, she just cheered me on, she was awesome and made me feel so good! 10/10 would recommend Amber and Bridal by Viper to anyone looking to find their dream dress!

I purchased a $5,000 wedding dress from Bridal by Viper with the understanding that they would handle my alterations. Two months before my wedding, they abruptly told me they could not alter my dress—leaving me completely stranded. They offered no help, no referrals, no consideration, and no empathy during what is already a stressful time for any bride. The management team is the worst I’ve encountered in the wedding industry. Their customer service is unprofessional and dismissive. To make matters worse, they actively remove negative reviews and delete comments from their social media posts to hide the truth from future brides and keep their ratings high. This isn’t just disappointing—it’s deceitful. Brides deserve honesty, support, and reliability. Bridal by Viper failed on every single level. Do yourself a favor: protect your sanity and your wedding day by taking your business elsewhere.
