I am a seasonal resident and have been insured through Brice Browns office for a very long time. Staff has always been supportive and helpful to me. Today I had the pleasure of briefly talking with Jocelyn, she answered my question quickly and accurately, then proceeded to follow up efficiently via email. I was all set within a 15 minute period and that was fantastic!

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Avoid this condescending insurance agent and his office full of unfriendly staff. I was in the market to purchase a new vehicle and called this office as I was already insured with them. I spoke with Alexa J. to ensure the rate prior to buying. I was sent a quote that showed my premium would be increasing from $979.33 to $1,019.42 for 6 months, thus changing my premium from $163.22 to $169.90 a month. I approved and proceeded with buying the new car and switching over the coverage. A few weeks later, I receive the next monthly bill for $200.16 when I was told it would be $169.90. I called last Thursday and spoke with a woman who said “changes happen, it’s ONLY an additional $36/month until the end of the year. Once January comes, you don’t have to renew with us.” She said she would inform Alexa that I called because she was the agent assigned to my policy. A week later and I still haven’t received a call back. I called today, a week later, and spoke with Brice himself. He says that he doesn’t know how the quote was generated because there’s no VIN number on the quote. If you don’t know how that document was created, how would I know either? You’ve been in business for 30+ years, how do you expect me to know that the document your agent sent to me was incorrect? He has not taken any accountability for the actions of his agents and said “anyone who buys a new car has to know that their rate would increase. That’s obvious”. The rate DID increase, but I was sent documentation showing that the increase would not be an additional $36 more per month. Brice is extremely condescending, unprofessional and lacks accountability. As soon as I got off the phone with him after going back and forth for hours, I changed to a different insurance company. The cost of things are too expensive to be patronizing businesses with bad customer service. To think I received an attitude, raised tone and gaslighting when all the information is in writing. Avoid this place at all costs unless you want to deal with a headache and receive attitude every time you call in for assistance. P.S. The 1.7 star rating on Yelp is more accurate than his google rating.

I was very pleased with my call with Lexi today. She was patient and made the entire process of updating my coverage feel easy and stress-free. She took her time to answer all of my questions and made sure I fully understood everything. Thanks Lexi!

Isabel was extremely helpful. She gave me a courtesy call to see if I had any questions about my insurance policy, and when I mentioned my shattered window, she provided assistance immediately. She was responsive throughout the entire process. Thank you Isabel for your help.

Was on the phone with Brandon. I asked if I could place him on a quick hold to call my mother to get a quote if I were added to an existing policy. He said “yeah sure!” Then hung up the phone ….. Wow Would not recommend.

I have been working with Brice Brown ( State Farm Insurance Agent ) for several years. The service has been stellar , pricing fair and must say I have had zero issues. Just ask for Brittany Landrau and leave the rest to them.

To find this agency today on my last day of insurance is a miracle to my personally. Natalie is amazing. She called me back instead of putting me on hold. Call this company first for all of your nsurance needs.
