Well spoken, kind, and professional. These guys are real experts. They communicate with the LAFD, so the city is aware that your land is being taken care of. They have a clear understanding of the regulations and have wild fire guys on their crew. They have the gear, they have the trucks, and they are fast. Really fast. I will never use another service, again. I wish more service providers in Los Angeles were this good. I can't remember the last time I felt so well taken care of. So far ahead of the competition, it's not even close. If you need it done correctly, Brian Walsh is the best.

I contacted Brian Walsh Brush clearance to clear the brush on a property that was in violation with LAFD for non-compliance of the brush clearance ordinance. I spoke with Marsha who confirmed that they were available to do the job which required immediate start date within a few days. Brian Walsh even agreed that he could start this job on the following Sunday. This was after Marsha asked for the Violation Notice that showed the lot lines and a photograph of the brush/scope of work. I also sent videos of the Fire Captain giving the exact instructions of what work needed to be done. Marsha told me that they would send me an estimate the next day after the estimator came out for a visual. The next day, I called several times for the estimate only to get a call from Bernadette who said that unfortunately, they could not do the job because they were already booked. When I told her that her company was very unprofessional and that they should run their business better, she claimed I was attacking her instead of taking responsibility for their mistake. I asked her if her company could at least provide an estimate for the job so that I could compare it with others and provide a back up company referral that could handle the job. She replied that they would not give estimate now because they can't do the job and that they don't feel comfortable referring the job. Very unprofessional and unreliable. Find another company!

Brian Walsh Brush Clearance is a "virtual" lifesaver! I have never met him or his staff in person, but for probably 3 or so years they have been my go-to for brush clearance/annual compliance on a nasty-steep hillside lot we have on Mulholland Drive. We have always corresponded by email. Sometimes a little slow to reply, but they always do. My intention is to keep using their services for brush clearance as long as we own the property. Highly recommend.

Brian Walsh has brush cleared the vacant lot for 10 years. received a notice from fire dept 5 times for brush clearance being incomplete. Brian went back 5 times and did it again to fire dept satisfaction. Brian Walsh raised the price 30% in one year and then another 30% the following year. I questioned the practice and on the spot he told me to go find someone else

Found Brian Walsh Brush Clearance on internet. Called and they came out and gave me a quote to prune a tree and hedge that were terribly over grown. They arrived very early and were finished with job within an hour. I highly recommend this company, they are fantastic!
