We recently had our entire pool enclosure rescreened by Brevard Rescreening and they did a fantastic job! When I reached out to get an estimate, Bren responded quickly and stopped by our house to talk and take a look. He did all of the measurements and gave me a quote on an upgraded screen material from what the pool company used 4 years ago. We agreed to the quote and got on the schedule immediately. We asked for a specific date 2 weeks later but it could have been the next day! Both Bren and Joe started the work on the planned day and did such a great job with it. Thanks to a satisfied customer and next door neighbor I learned of Brevard Rescreening, LLC. My old screened enclosure was in desperate need of repair. The last two hurricanes had taken their toll on it, and Monarch Butterflies were getting caught inside unable to find their way out. After rescuing six in one day using my butterfly net I finally decided to quit procrastinating and get it done. Owner Bren Diamond (a really nice guy) gave me a two-part quote. One for a rescreen only, plus four guy wire cables to reinforce the cage. The second was for a complete restoration, which included replacing all hardware fasteners with stainless steel screws, stainless tapcons along the base, rebuilding of the doors, repairing the rain gutter and replacing the downspouts, a complete power wash inside and outside, a complete repainting inside and outside, installation of eight stainless steel wire brackets and four stainless guy wires, and more. I chose the complete restoration. Bren and his man James did an exceptional job. They took pride in their workmanship of the final product, which is now like a brand new pool enclosure for a fraction of the price of a new one. By the way, theirs was the most competitive of two quotes I received. The other guys didn't even come out and shot me a price by voicemail from my own pictures, and without itemizing the work! Brevard Rescreening did an absolutely phenomenal job! They replaced our old screened patio doors and installed beautiful new kick plates, and the quality of work really shows. Rarely does one find a company as professional as Bren and his crew. He quoted a fair price, started the job on time and finished quickly. Thank you Brevard Rescreening! I received 3 quotes for rescreening my front and back porches and all of the window screens (and to fix the screen door sweep/threshold to keep lizards out).
